What if?

“What if I fall?”
“Oh, my darling, what if you fly?”

Erin Hanson

“What if?” It is a powerful question. “What if” can be a rocket that propels us forward, allowing us to transcend our former, less than ordinary selves; pushing us to be more than we are, more than we thought possible. A good “what if” takes a girl from Baltimore, gives her a master’s degree, family, and good job doing something she loves. A great “what if” takes that same girl, her degree, family, and job, and makes her a millionaire. Blogger, author, motivational speaker, non-profit founder, and President of a university.

A bad what if? Well, most of us are living in that vision right now.

What would happen if you took off the limits and allowed yourself to dream? Dream like a five-year old? What would happen if you then set out to achieve some of those dreams?

Family. Money. Time. Energy. Motivation. Support. These are all realistic barriers, but think about what might happen if you’d just push through them, even the tiniest bit.

Dream. Plan. Fly.
