Stasis Kills

Stasis is a period or state of inactivity or equilibrium.

Short periods of stasis can be good. It gives you a chance to rest and get comfortable. Being in a constant state of flux is as exhausting as it is exhilarating. However, a lifetime of stasis is like living life waiting for death. As the saying goes, “everybody dies but not everybody lives.” Long periods of stasis can be detrimental. Inertia dictates that a body in motion wants to remain in motion and a one in rest wishes to remain so. Which means the longer your life stays in stasis, the harder it will be to move out of that pattern.

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to strive to be a millionaire, music mogul, or fashionista. You just have a live a life you are proud of and make memories that make you smile.

Make moves and have adventures.
