This meditation script was created to help me ground and feel supported. My recording is about six minutes long, but I did not include music or long periods of silence as it was designed to be done when I’m short on time, like before work or between meetings. However, it will work well as a longer meditation and can be paired with music.
Lie down comfortably and relax. Take a deep breath. In. Out. In. Out. With each out-breath, let go of your worries. Breathe, and relax a little deeper. Feel the stress drain from your body and out through your feet. Let it return to the universe. Send it away with love. Feel how it’s easier to breathe, easier to sink into peace and relaxation. With each breath, your mind slows and quiets, letting go of your lists, worries, and anxiety. Feel how your body is supported. Feel the truth of it, the surety. You are completely safe and secure where you are. The universe supports you just as securely as the surface you are lying on. It cradles and protects you, letting you know that you are safe and secure.
You are enough. You have everything you need. You are supported. You are loved. You are secure and protected. All that you need will come to you. You are where you are supposed to be. You are okay. Everything is fine. Breathe. Breathe in peace. Rest easy knowing that the universe has your back. You are part of the divine. Abundance is yours. Peace is yours. Serenity is yours. You are okay. Breathe in. Out. In. Out. You are enough. You have enough. You have what you need. Rest and believe.
