Reiki is a Japanese technique that involves a trained practitioner using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy, also known as life force energy, through the client’s body. This therapeutic technique has been proven to reduce stress and promote healing, and can be performed in person or remotely, making it accessible to everyone.
Reiki has a multitude of uses, including deepening meditation, relieving aches and pains, and helping clients stay centered in their energy. As a Usui Reiki II certified practitioner, I provide virtual sessions and use various Reiki techniques.
If you book a Reiki session with me, you will have the opportunity for a deep, restorative meditation. Each session includes a check-in, wrap-up, and chakra affirmation. After the session, you’ll receive follow-up information via email.
